परीक्षा केन्द्रों के नजदीक 200 मीटर क्षेत्र में धारा 144 लगाने के आदेश जारी किये

अम्बाला, 13 फरवरी:- जिला मैजिस्ट्रेट अशोक कुमार शर्मा ने जिला में आयोजित होने वाली केन्द्रीय शिक्षा बोर्ड की 10वीं व 12वीं परीक्षाओं को सुचारू रूप से सम्पन्न करवाने के दृष्टिïगत परीक्षा केन्द्रों के नजदीक 200 मीटर क्षेत्र में धारा 144 लगाने के आदेश जारी किये हैं। जारी आदेशों में कहा गया है कि  परीक्षा केन्द्रों के नजदीक 5 या उससे अधिक व्यक्तियों के एकसाथ खडा होने पर पाबंदी रहेगी तथा किसी प्रकार का हथियार जैसे अग्नेयास्त्र, तलवार, लाठी, बरछा, कुल्हाडी, जैली, गंडासा, चाकू व अन्य कोई हथियार या वस्तु जोकि हथियार के रूप में प्रयोग की जा सकती है, लेकर चलने पर सख्त पाबंदी रहेगी। परीक्षा केन्द्रों के अंदर मोबाईल फोन, पेजर, इलैक्ट्रानिकस डिवाईस इत्यादि ले जाने पर भी सख्त पाबंदी रहेगी। परीक्षा के दौरान केन्द्रों के नजदीक 200 मीटर के  दायरे में फोटोस्टेट की दुकाने भी प्रात: 10 बजे से दोपहर 1:30 बजे तक बन्द रहेगीं। यह आदेश 15 फरवरी से 30 मार्च 2020 तक परीक्षाएं समाप्त होने तक लागू रहेगें तथा आदेशों की उल्लघना करने वालों के विरूद्ध धारा 188 के अंतर्गत कार्यवाही की जायेगी। डयूटी पर तैनात पुलिस व अन्य सरकारी कर्मचारियों पर यह आदेश लागू नही होंगे। जिला के पुलिस अधीक्षक, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, सभी उपमंडल अधिकारी नागरिक, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, तहसीलदार, खण्ड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी, कार्यकारी अधिकारी एवं सचिव नगर निगम/नगर पालिका, जिला निरीक्षक सीआईडी को भी इन आदेशों की अनुपालना करवाने के लिये कहा गया है।
