चण्डीगढ़, 13 सितम्बर – हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा एचसीएस (कार्यकारी शाखा) एवं एलाइड के 155 पदों के लिए 12 सितम्बर को 13 जिलों में बनाए गए 535 परीक्षा केन्द्रों में प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा का आयोजन सफलतापूर्वक शांतिपूर्ण, नकल रहित और निष्पक्ष ढंग से किया गया।
आयोग के एक प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि परीक्षा केन्द्र 13 जिलों नामत: अम्बाला, फरीदाबाद, गुरुग्राम ,हिसार, कैथल, करनाल, कुरुक्षेत्र,पंचकूला, पानीपत, रेवाड़ी, सिरसा, सोनीपत तथा यमुनानगर जिले में बनाए गए थे। इन पदों के लिए 1,48,262 उम्मीदवारों ने आवेदन जमा करवाए थे, जिनमें से 74978 उम्मीदवार प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा में प्रविष्ट हुए। उन्होंने बताया कि उम्मीदवार की आईआरआईएस स्कैन द्वारा बॉयोमेट्रिक हाजरी दर्ज हुई, जिसकी मॉनिटरिंग आयोग के पंचकूला कार्यालय में बनाए गए निरीक्षण कक्ष में की गई। परीक्षा केन्द्रों में उम्मीदवारों की निगरानी के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए गए थे तथा वीडियोग्राफी करवाई गई। परीक्षा केन्द्रो में उपस्थित होते समय उम्मीदवारों की पुख्ता चैकिंग की गई।
उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा के शांतिपूर्ण, नकल रहित और निष्पक्ष संचालन के लिए जिला उपायुक्तों द्वारा जिलों में मजिस्ट्रेट या कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त किए गए थे। मजिस्ट्रेट और पुलिस की संयुक्त टीमों ने परीक्षा केंद्रों और आस-पास के क्षेत्र में चेकिंग भी की तथा मोबाइल सिगनल को नियंत्रित करने के लिए जैम्मर लगाए गए।
प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि सभी जिला उपायुक्तों ने परीक्षा की संपूर्ण देखरेख के लिए अपने अपने जिलों में एक नोडल अधिकारी भी नियुक्त किए थे। उपायुक्तों द्वारा स्वयं व्यक्तिगतरूप से भी परीक्षा केन्द्रों का दौरा किया गया। आयोग ने परीक्षा के सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन के लिए जिला प्रशासन तथा पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ-साथ उम्मीदवारों का भी धन्यवाद किया है।
