चण्डीगढ़ 28 जुलाई- हरियाणा के राज्यपाल श्री बंडारू दत्तात्रेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश में सभी गर्भवती महिलाओं व शिशुओं के बेहतर स्वास्थ्य के लिए गर्भवती महिलाओं की संस्थागत प्रसव हो और यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि प्रसव की सुविधा उन्हें नजदीकी संस्थाओं में मिले। श्री दत्तात्रेय वीरवार को राजभवन में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की महानिदेशका श्रीमती वीणा सिंह से बात कर रहे थे। श्रीमती वीणा सिंह राज्यपाल से शिष्टाचार मुलाकात करने राजभवन पहुंची थी।
उन्होंने कहा कि गर्भवती महिलाओं को टीकाकरण व स्वास्थ्य जांच से संबंधित सुविधाएं समय पर मिले। इसी प्रकार से शिशु को टीकाकरण से संबंधित सुविधाएं भी समय पर सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिए, जिससे बच्चे स्वस्थ हों और देश के स्वस्थ नागरिक बनें। उन्होंने कोविड टीकाकरण की जानकारी भी प्राप्त की और ऐतिहातन डोज को बढ़ाने का सुझाव दिया।
महानिदेशका श्रीमती वीणा सिंह ने बताया कि प्रदेश के सभी 2674 उप-स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों, 734 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों, समूदायक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों तथा सिविल अस्पतालों में प्रसव से संबंधित उच्च-स्तरीय सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं। 90 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक प्रसव इन संस्थाओं में हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में 4,46,70000 (चार करोड़ छियालिस लाख सत्तर हजार ) से भी अधिक कोविड रोधी टीकाकरण की डोज दी जा चुकी हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों के कोरोना मरीजों के लिए सभी तरह की जरूरी सुविधाएं जुटाई गई है। सरकारी अस्पतालों में सभी बैडों पर ऑक्सीजन की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा में मंकीपॉक्स का कोई मामला नहीं है फिर भी इसके डायग्नोज और प्रबंधन से संबंधित डॉक्टरों को ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण दिया जा चुका है। मंकीपाक्स से बचाव की तैयारी के लिए पावर पाइंट तैयार कर सभी अस्पतालों में भेज दिए हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत प्रदेश मंेे ज्यादा से ज्यादा जरुरतमदों को लाभ पहुचानेें के मद्देनजर अब तक 28.47 लाख स्वर्ण कार्ड बनाए जा चुकेे है और 4.49 लाख दावों के विरूद्ध 450 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया। इस योजना के तहत 656 अस्पतालों (176 सरकारी एवं 480 निजी) को आयुष्मान भारत हरियाणा के साथ सूचीबद्ध किया जा चुका है। प्रदेश में सभी हेल्थ एण्ड वैलनेंस सेंटर में बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा रही हैं।
