हरियाणा के उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे इस तरह का सिस्टम तैयार करें जिससे बेरोजगार युवाओं को उनके क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक-क्लस्टर की आवश्यकतानुसार कौशल का प्रशिक्षण दिलाकर उनके घर के नजदीक ही रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाया जा सके।

चंडीगढ़, 28 जुलाई- हरियाणा के उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे इस तरह का सिस्टम तैयार करें जिससे बेरोजगार युवाओं को उनके क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक-क्लस्टर की आवश्यकतानुसार कौशल का प्रशिक्षण दिलाकर उनके घर के नजदीक ही रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाया जा सके। इससे उनके दूर-दराज के क्षेत्र में जाने पर होने वाला खर्च व समय की भी बचत हो सकेगी।

         डिप्टी सीएम, जिनके पास श्रम एवं रोजगार विभाग का प्रभार भी है, ने आज यहां रोजगार विभाग के अधिकारियों की बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। उन्होंने रोजगार पोर्टल पर ग्रेडअप के माध्यम से सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए दी जा रही कोचिंग के बारे में भी जानकारी हासिल की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में हरियाणा रोजगार विभाग के आयुक्त श्री नितिन कुमार यादव, श्रमायुक्त श्री पंकज अग्रवाल, सुक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योग विभाग के महानिदेशक श्री विकास गुप्ता, कौशल विकास एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण व रोजगार विभाग के महानिदेशक श्री पी.सी मीणा समेत अन्य वरिष्ठï अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

        श्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे राज्य के सभी सरकारी विभागों से समन्वय स्थापित करके रोजगार पोर्टल पर ऐसा डाटाबेस तैयार करें जिससे वहां खाली पदों व कांट्रेक्ट आधार पर कार्य करने वाले युवाओं की डिटेल्स एकत्रित हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राइवेट उद्योगों की मांग के अनुसार युवाओं को आधुनिक तकनीकी कौशल दिया जाएगा ताकि कौशलयुक्त होने पर उन्हीं उद्योगों में युवाओं की प्लेसमैंट करवाई जा सके।

        उपमुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि सभी एंप्लाइमेंट-एक्सचेंज्स में नवीन तकनीक से युक्त बेहतरीन कैरियर-काउंसलर भी नियुक्त किए जाने चाहिएं ताकि वे पंजीकृत युवाओं को उनके रोजगार के लिए मार्गदर्शन कर सकें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि ऐसी संभावनाएं भी तलाशी जाएं जिससे रोजगार पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत बेरोजगार को पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही पलंबर से लेकर हाऊस-मेड तक की पार्टटाइम नौकरी मिल सके। उन्होंने नौकरियां देने वाली प्राइवेट वैबसाइट्स का निरीक्षण कर उनकी बेहतर आधुनिक तकनीक व कार्यशैली का अध्ययन करने के भी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए।
