फ्लैटों के ऑनलाइन ड्रॉ के लिए एक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल लॉन्च किया है

चंडीगढ़, 19 अप्रैल- हरियाणा नगर एवं ग्राम आयोजना विभाग ने किफायती आवास (अफोर्डेबल हाउसिंग) नीति के तहत आवेदन प्राप्त करने और फ्लैटों के ऑनलाइन ड्रॉ के लिए एक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल लॉन्च किया है। अब, आवेदक https://edraw.tcpharya.gov.in पोर्टल पर फ्लैटों के आवंटन के लिए अपने आवेदन जमा कर सकेंगे।

         ‌नगर एवं ग्राम आयोजना विभाग के एक प्रवक्ता ने इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस पोर्टल के लॉन्च के साथ ही डेवलपर द्वारा इस योजना की शुरूआत, आवेदनों की जांच, भुगतान, आवेदन जमा करने और फ्लैटों का ड्रा सहित पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होगी। इससे पूरे सिस्टम में और अधिक पारदर्शिता आएगी।

         प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि वर्तमान मैनुअल प्रणाली के संबंध में कुछ शिकायतें थी, क्योंकि इच्छुक आवेदकों को डेवलपर्स से आवेदन खरीदने की आवश्यकता पड़ती थी। हालांकि, डेवलपर्स अपने पसंदीदा आवेदकों को चुनते थे, जिनको आवेदन पत्र वितरित किए जाते थे। कुछ मामलों में, डेवलपर्स द्वारा प्रीमियम पर फ्लैट बेचने की शिकायत भी आ रही थी।

         इस तरह की शिकायतों पर संज्ञान लेते हुए पूरी प्र‌क्रिया में और अधिक पारदर्शिता लाने के उद्देश्य से विभाग द्वारा अब किफायती आवास परियोजनाओं के लिए फ्लैटों के ड्रा के लिए ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू किया गया है।
