अम्बाला 15 जुलाई 2022ः आज 15 जुलाई 2022 को पुलिस अधीक्षक, अम्बाला श्री जशनदीप सिहँ रंधावा ने खालसा हाई स्कूल अम्बाला शहर में पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा हेतू पौधारोपण किया। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर उपस्थित खालसा हाई स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमति तरणजीत कौर, प्रबन्धक कमेटी के सभी पदाधिकारी, गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के साथ-साथ स्कूल के छात्र/छात्राओं को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए आभार प्रकट किया। पुलिस अधीक्षक, अम्बाला ने पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा हेतू पौधारोपण करने उपरान्त प्रशासन के साथ-साथ पौधारोपण को जन-आन्दोलन बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि पौधारोपण करना केवल सरकारी संस्थाओं का ही कार्य नहीं है यह हर व्यक्ति का कर्तव्य है कि जहाँ वह रहता है उसके आसपास अधिक से अधिक संख्या में पेड-पौधे लगाए जिससे पौधारोपण जन आन्दोलन बन कर पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा कर सके।
उन्होंने वृृक्षों की महत्त्वता बारे बतलाया कि आज पर्यावरण को बचाने के लिए हमें पेड़-पौधे लगाने होंगे तभी हमारा पर्यावरण सुरक्षित व स्वच्छ रहेगा क्योंकि दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ते प्रदूषण से हवा की गुणवता काफी प्रदूषित हो रही है, जिसे पेड़-पौधे ही स्वच्छ रख सकते हैं। वृृक्ष न केवल हमें फल देते हैं, अपितु वृृक्षों से हमें छाया भी मिलती है, वातावरण को शुद्ध रखते हैं। इसलिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को वृक्ष लगाने चाहिए। मानव जीवन में आक्सीजन का एक बहुत बड़ा महत्व है जो हमें पेड़-पौधों से प्राप्त होती है।
पुलिस अधीक्षक अम्बाला ने उपस्थित छात्र/छात्राओं को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि इस स्कूल से पढ़ने वाले बच्चों ने मेहनत कर कामयाबी प्राप्त करके स्कूल, परिवार व समाज का नाम रोशन किया है। मैं भविष्य में भी ऐसे बच्चों के लिए मंगल कामना करता हूँ कि वह अपना मन पढ़ाई में लगाकर कामयाबी प्राप्त करें। वातावरण को सुरक्षित रखने हेतू अपने घर के आसपास अधिक से अधिक मात्रा में पेड-पौधे लगाएँ।
