जिला अम्बाला के सभी खण्डों में जाकर फसल कटाई के दौरान किसानों द्वारा गेहूं की फसल काटने के बाद अवशेषों में आग न लगाने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाया

अम्बाला, 27 अपै्रल:- सहायक कृषि अभियंता अम्बाला ओम प्रकाश महिवाल ने बताया है कि उनके द्वारा जिला अम्बाला के सभी खण्डों में जाकर फसल कटाई के दौरान किसानों द्वारा गेहूं की फसल काटने के बाद अवशेषों में आग न लगाने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है । सहायक कृषि अभियन्ता कार्यालय के कर्मचारियों द्वारा अम्बाला प्रथम के गाँव माजरी, ठरवा, बरौला, बलाना, अम्बाला द्वितीय के गांव बडोग, सपेड़ा, चौडमस्तपुर, साहा में चुडियाला, बिहटा, तेपला, मीठापुर बराडा के गांव गांगनपुर, होली, मोजगढ, सरकपुर, शाहजादपुर में पतरेहड़ी व नगल आदि विभिन्न गांवों में जा कर यह अभियान चलाया गया व किसानों से मिलकर उनको आग न लगाने व फसल अवशेषों को कम्बाइन से कटाई के बाद एम0बी0प्लौ0 के द्वारा खेत में ही मिलाने के फायदे के बारे में अवगत करवाया। उन्होने कहा कि वातावरण को दूषित होने से बचाने के लिए किसान गेंहू की फसल कटाई के बाद खेतों में खड़े फानों से तुड़ी बनवाए और शेष वेस्ट को खेतों में ही डाले। इससे जमीन की उर्वरता शक्ति बढ़ती है व मित्र कीट भी नष्ट नहीं होते। इसके अलावा फानों में आग लगाने से जमीन की उर्वरता शक्ति कम होती है दूसरी और हवा ज़हरीली हो जाती है जो हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत ही हानिकारक है।
उन्होने बताया की उनके कर्मचारी विभिन्न खण्डों में जा कर फसल कटाई का निरीक्षण कर रहे है ताकि किसानों द्वारा खेतों में आग न लगाए । किसानों को यह भी बताया गया कि उन्हे फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन के लिए कृषि यंत्र अपने गांव/ ब्लॉक मे स्थापित कस्टम हायरिंग सेंटर द्वारा जायज रेटों पर उपलब्ध हैं। जहां भी खेतों में प्राकृतिक करणों से आगजनी होती है, किसान इसकी सूचना प्रशासन को दें। उस पर तुरंत काबू पाया जाएगा।
