अम्बाला छावनी : हरियाणा डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट की नेत्री चित्रा सरवारा के नेतृत्व में आज कमरतोड़ महंगाई के खिलाफ अम्बाला छावनी के सदर बाजार चौक में टीम व जन नागरिकों द्वारा जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया गया। भीषण गर्मी के बीच एकत्रित एचडीएफ के पदाधिकारियों कार्यकर्ताओं और जनसाधारण को संबोधित करते हुए चित्रा सरवारा ने केंद्र और प्रदेश की सरकार भाजपा सरकार पर ताबड़तोड़ हमले किए। चित्रा सरवारा ने कहा कि भाजपा के सात साल के कार्यकाल में देश की जीडीपी माइनस में चली गई है जबकि गैस, डीजल, पेट्रोल और अन्य जीवनउपयोगी सामानों की कीमत आसमान को छू रही है। हैरानी और दुख की बात है कि ईन कीमतों में असली पेट्रोल डीजल की कीमत कम और सरकार का लगान ज़्यादा है। पेट्रोल में लगभग 60% और डीजल में लगभग 50% की राशि बतौर लगान हमारे पीएम और सीएम के खाते में बतौर एक्साइज और वैट के रूप में जा रही है। दुनिया में कच्चे तेल की कीमतें पिछले साल और अब हाल में 5 जुलाई को नीचे भी आयी पर भाजपा सरकार ने 1 प्रतिशत की राहत भी जनता को नहीं दी।
गैस, डीजल, पेट्रोल की बढ़ती कीमतों के फल स्वरूप आज सब महंगा हो गया है – हर सेक्टर में चाहे खेती हो या उद्योग, कच्चे माल से लेकर उत्पादन और बिक्री तक। खेती से लेकर हर छोटे बड़े उद्योग और दुकान पर इसकी मार पड़ रही है। अगर भाजपा सरकार अपने लगान में थोड़ी सी भी राहत देगी तो नागरिक और अर्थव्यवस्था को साँस आ जाएगा। 
 इन सात सालों में देश के विकास के नाम पर लागू की गई नोटबंदी, जीएसटी समेत सभी योजनाओं से देश के लोग गरीब हो गए हैं और सत्तापक्ष के चहेते लोगों की खजाने भर गए हैं। एक रिपोर्ट और एसबीआई के सर्वे अनुसार हालत यह है कि लोग अपने घर का खर्च चलाने के लिए जेवरात और बैंक में रखी एफडी तुड़वा रहे हैं। आज 50 प्रतिशत  देश की जनता अपनी जोड़ी हुई जमा पूंजी से खा रही है, उधार हर तरफ चढ़ गया है, रोजगार निम्नतम स्तर पर है लेकिन सरकार के रवैय्या में ना कोई ममता है ना दया।
उन्होंने कहा कि सात महीने से किसान दिल्ल बॉर्डर पर धरना दे रहे हैं। लेकिन सरकार हठधर्मी के साथ यह देख रही है कि कब ये लोग तंग आकर धरने से उठ जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसान आंदोलन फेल हो गया तो देश का सिस्टम फेल हो जाएगा। सरकार के चहेते पूंजीपति अपनी मनमर्जी करके जीवन उपयोगी सामान के रेट आसमान पर चढ़ा देंगे और आम आदमियों का जीना दुभर हो जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नोटबंदी और जीएसटी की मार झेलने के बाद कोरोना काल से अम्बाला के छोटे उद्योग और साइंस इंडस्ट्री की कमर टूट चुकी है। यहां काम करने वाले लोग परेशानियां झेल रहे हैं। दुकानदारों का काम ठप्प हो जाने से वहां काम करने वाले हजारों लोग रोजी रोटी कमाने के लिए इधर उधर भटक रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास के नाम पर केवल चकाचौंध दिखाई जा रही है। अम्बाला छावनी में बीते सात सालों में सड़कों को बनाने और फिर उखाड़ने का ही काम किया जा रहा है। बरसाती पानी के निकासी के हालत यह है कि मानसून की पहली बारिश में  ही 30 करोड़ की लागत से बना सुभाष पार्क पानी में डूबता दिखाई दिया। पूरे शहर की गलियां और सड़के बरसाती पानी से लबालब भरी थी। नाले और नालियाें का भी बुरा हाल था। अंबाला में ही देख लें तो मूलभूत बिजली पाणि की समस्या ने लोगों की जान निकाल दी है। महंगाई झेल रहे लोगो चमक चांदनी वाली इमारतों को विकास नहीं बर्बादी समझ रहे हैं।
