गिरदावरी शुरू होने से पहले पूरी तैयारी रखें सम्बन्धित अधिकारी।

अम्बाला, 20 जुलाई:- उपायुक्त विक्रम सिंह ने जिला के सभी राजस्व अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर उन्हें निर्देश दिए कि लोगों के सभी कार्य निर्धारित समय अवधि के दौरान सही प्रकार से किए जाए। उन्होनें कहा कि पटवारी जब भी फिल्ड में जाए वह अपने कार्यालय के बाहर यह चस्पा करके जाए कि वह किस समय तक फिल्ड में रहेगा और किस समय लोगों को कार्यालय में मिलेगा, जिससे कि लोगों को परेशानी न हो। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अगले मास से गिरदावरी का कार्य शुरू हो जाएगा और यह कार्य पटवारी फिल्ड में जाकर नियमानुसार करें।
उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस मासिक बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा, राजस्व अधिकारियों द्वारा निपटाएं गए इंतकाल तथा अपडेशन, जमा बंदियों की तैयारी तथा दाखला, सरकारी देयो की वसूली, राजस्व अधिकारियों द्वारा निपटाएं गए कोर्ट केस, एनआईसी से सम्बधिंत मुद्दे, स्टेटस ऑफ सीएम विंडो, स्टेटस सरल सर्विस, मैरिज रजिस्ट्रेशन आदि की समीक्षा की गई और जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने जिला के सभी एसडीएम को निर्देश दिए कि वे भी समय समय पर अपने-अपने उपमण्डलों में राजस्व अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर इन कार्यो की समीक्षा करें और अगर कहीं किसी प्रकार की दिक्कत है तो उसे दूर करें।
  बैठक में एसडीएम अम्बाला छावनी सचिन गुप्ता, एसडीएम बराड़ा गिरीश कुमार, एसडीएम अम्बाला शहर हितैष मीणा, डीआरओ राजबीर धीमान, डीआईओ विनय गुलाटी के अलावा तहसीलदार दिनेश सिंह, तहसीलदार नवनीत, नायब तहसीलदार अमित वर्मा, नायब तहसीलदार जतिन्द्र गिल, नायब तहसीदार अरूण लौहान के साथ-साथ राजस्व विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
