अम्बाला, 26 अगस्त:- पंचायत भवन अम्बाला शहर के सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में ई-ऑफिस विषय को लेकर बेहतर कार्य करने वाले विभागों को नगराधीश आंचल भास्कर ने प्रशंसा पत्र देकर सम्मानित करने का काम किया। साथ ही अन्य विभागों को भी इसी प्रेरणा के साथ ई-ऑफिस विषय में तेजी लाने के लिए कहा।
नगराधीश आंचल भास्कर ने कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्षों व उनके कार्यालय से आये कर्मचारियों को कहा कि वे इसी उर्जा के साथ ई-ऑफिस विषय पर कार्य करें ताकि प्रदेश में ई-ऑफिस रैंकिग में जिले का स्थान ओर आगे आ सके। उन्होंने कहा कि उपायुक्त विकम सिंह के मार्गदर्शन में ई-ऑफिस विषय पर बेहतर तरीके से कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि ई-ऑफिस के तहत सभी विभागों से सम्बन्धित जो कार्य फाईलों के माध्यम से होता था अब वह ऑनलाईन किया जाना अनिवार्य है और ऑनलाईन प्रक्रिया के तहत जिले में सभी विभागों में इस कार्य को बेहतर तरीके से किया जा रहा है। ई-ऑफिस के माध्यम से कार्यों में तेजी भी आती है और पारदर्शिता भी रहती है। उन्होंने उपस्थित सभी विभागाध्यक्षों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि वे इसी तरह ई-ऑफिस विषय पर और तीव्रता से कार्य करें।
